Long Help	The mailing label system provides the ability to create a printable page that will fit the Avery 5160 mailing label sheet of labels. The initial page provides two selection options: <UL> <LI><B>Inclusion Scope</B>: Filter selection of which people to include <UL> <LI><B>Newsletter Subscribers</B>: Each person record has an attribute of <B>Newsletter</B> which can either be <B>Y</B> or <B>N</B>. This option collects those who are opted in where this value is <B>Y</B>. </LI> <LI><B>Current Members</B>: Members whose current dues status is 'Paid Member' and the notification attribute includes the two words <B>Postal Mail</B> </LI> <LI><B>All Current Members</B>: Members whose current dues status is 'Paid Member' regardless of the contents of the notification attribute. </LI> <LI><B>Non-Current Members</B>: Members whose current dues status is other than 'Paid Member' (usually 'Invoiced') and the notification attribute includes the two words <B>Postal Mail</B> </LI> <LI><B>Prior Dance Attendees</B>: Anyone attending a dance since the system went online in July 2025. </LI> <LI><B>Opted In Prior Dance Attendees</B>: Anyone attending a dance since the system went online in July 2025 that has their newsletter Opt-In set to <B>Y</B>. </LI> <LI><B>Last Dance Attendees</B>: Anyone attending the last dance. </LI> </UL> </LI> <LI><B>Delivery</B> <UL> <LI><B>See To Print</B>: You see a printable sheet as it will appear and then you can manually print it to your printer. </LI> <LI><B>Save To Website</B>: Save the output to the website as a static pdf file, archiving it to <A HREF=https://matesanddates.org/maillabels> https://matesanddates.org/maillabels</A> where anyone can retrieve it. </LI> <LI><B>Download PDF</B>: Directly downloads the pdf format mailing label file without displaying it. </LI> </UL> </LI> </UL> You make the two selections and click on the button labeled <B>Print</B> and the database selects the set of people/couples to include in the mailing label file and provides the list in the delivery format you choose. The key filters work by consulting the <B>Newsletter</B> (aka <B>Email Opt-In</B>) attribute of the person record (via the <A HREF=/people.php>Who</A> utility) and the notification attribute from the <A HREF=/members.php> Members</A> utility.
